For the month of October and November 2016, Tung Yuen Chinese Restaurant Halal Grand Bluewave Hotel Shah Alam, Selangor, Chef Patrick Ng, have created a special Garoupa & Snapper promotion to tantalised your taste-bud.

This promotion has 2 types of set menu which have its main highlight dish which is either the Garoupa or the Snapper fish for you to choose from. Guests can choose the cooking method for your chosen fish. Please check with the Manager for your choices.

The Star of the day is the Teochew Steamed Garoupa. This simple cooking style allows you to taste the firm texture and the natural flavour of the Garoupa fish blended with the slightly sourish taste of the plum and salted vegetable.

For the Snapper Delight promotion set; you will also get to taste the 4 types of Dim Sum, Deep Fried Boneless Chicken with Creamy Salted Eggs Sauce, Steam Egg Beancurd Stuff with Squid Paste and  Eggs White Sauce, Stir Fried Prawn Meat With Asparagus and Prawn Paste (Belacan), Fried Rice With Yam Cube and Chicken Meat or Steam White Rice. For desserts, you will have the Fruit Platter.

Both this promotion is available in a set for a minimum of 5 persons, priced at RM57.00 Nett per person. The Tung Yuen Chinese Restaurant located at Level 1 Grand Bluewave Hotel Shah Alam is opened 7 days a week, 12.00 noon to 230pm for lunch and 630pm to 1030pm for dinner.
