In conjunction of the festive season, Chef Ben Lim – Sifu of our Yue Chinese restaurant kitchen has prepared 2 sets of 8-course menu priced from RM1,288 per table; within this delicious menu, chef have prepared his masterpiece of Boiled Beef Ribs and Flat Noodles, Double-boiled Pear with Black Chicken, Steamed Egg Pancake with Water Chestnut and Parsley Dumpling, Baked Prawn with Truffles, Braised Garoupa, Double-boiled Soya Bean with White Fungus and so much more
