Behind of traditional Malay concept, the beauty of the Royale Songket itself, Mardhiyyah Hotel & Suites will be added to the series with attractive decorations that are able to recall the nostalgia of iftar with family and relatives.

The Ramadan “Warisan Bonda” buffet offers a variety of menu-based dishes such as mother's signature. Among the main menus that will be featured are local dishes such as Nasi Putih, Nasi Kandar, Nasi Minyak, Ayam Rempah Kuzi,
Gulai Lemak Ikan Merah Belimbing Buluh,
Rendang Daging Bonda, Kambing Penanggah,
Udang Telur Asin,
Wok Goreng Baby Kailan Bawang Putih and various other options available.
To add a variety of heritage foods, our best chefs provide a variety of sambals such as Sambal Belacan, Cincaluk, Budu, Kicap Cili Padi, Air Asam, Sos Percik, Sambal Kicap Pedas matched with ulam-ulaman. In addition, Kerabu Ayam, Kerabu Kacang Botol, Jantung Pisang, Kacang Panjang Rojak Buah, Popiah Basah, Jeruk Buah Cermai, Kelubi, Betik, Salak & Anggur complement the heritage-based dishes. As in previous years, the Smoke & Grill Stall became a big attraction in the Ramadan Buffet by MHS. For the “Warisan Bonda” Ramadan Buffet this time, the Chefs once again brought to the guests “Smoke Hickory Roasted Whole Lamb” with Roasted Vegetables and complemented with Black Pepper Sauce and Mushroom Sauce.
In addition, guests can enjoy hot dishes where our chef will make "live cooking" at the stall. Among the menu options that can be enjoyed are Mee Goreng Mamak & Penang Char Koey Teow.
Guests can also enjoy a variety of Laksa, Northern Chicken Soup, Yellow Rice, Chicken Mandy, John Briyani Meat Bread, Chicken Murtabak and not to forget Lamb Porridge.
Another thing to look forward to when breaking fast after a long day is the choices of beverages. There are two types of beverage stations such as hot and cold drinks available such as Brewed Premium Coffee, Teh Tarik, Nescafe Tarik, Sweet Corn Drink, Blue Lime Soda, Iced Chocolate, Bandung Syrup and Soya Bean.
After tasting the varied main buffet, the appetizing desserts are sure to whet the appetite of the guests. Let's try a dessert anyway! Our Pastry Chef provides a variety of major Malay traditional cakes, Sago Gula Melaka, Chilled Honey Dew with Pearl Sago, Agar-Agar and Pudding, Ice Bean, Waffle, Pandan Gula Anau Wheat Porridge, Marble Cheese Cake, Pandan Tiramisu, Red Velvet, Chocolate Moist Cake, Brownies, Dates, Bread & Butter Pudding and Fresh Cut Fruits.
For your information, the “Warisan Bonda” Ramadan Buffet also provides meal packages for Sahur. Guests can come to Royale Songket for Sahur where the main dishes are White Rice, Fried Noodle With Seafood, Sweet Black Cooked Chicken, Wrinkled Meat, Crispy Pomfret Fish Curry, Turmeric Fried Shrimp, Vegetable Mix with Oyster Sauce, and Fried Japanese Beancurd in Crabmeat Sauce. Light snacks are also available for guests. Among them, Salad Variations such as Tuna Salad with Pasta, Roasted Chicken Salad with Corn, ‘Berlauk’ Porridge with Turmeric Chicken, Sambal Bilis, Salted Egg, Salted Fish, ‘Kangkung Belacan’, Red Meat and Chicken Soup.

Sahur Buffet starts as early as 4.00 am to 5.40 am. The Private Function is also available with a Banquet Buffet meal at a price of RM 100.00 nett per person.
The “Warisan Bonda” Ramadan Buffet is open daily from 4 April 2022 to 1 May 2022. Operation hour is from 7.00pm to 10.00pm. The price for the Ramadan Buffet is at RM 145.00 nett per person for adults, RM 110.00 Nett for Senior Citizens 60 years & above and RM 90.00 Nett for children aged 6-12 years. Meanwhile, for Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, the price is offered at RM 200.00 Nett for an adult and a child.
