Chef Yogi of Rockafellers Changkat treats patrons to his renowned Roasted Whole Turkey and a vast array of Christmas specialties that have captured the guests' hearts for many years, as seen by their passion and enthusiasm at Christmastime.
The feast promises to keep up with rustic holiday traditions with a variety of meat selections for stuffing ranging from chicken, lamb, beef, and pork and served with carrots, baked onions, Brussels sprouts, roasted potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, and sausages, accompanied by cranberry sauce and roasted gravy.
Rockafellers Family Platter returns to the menu this year after a successful debut last year, with traditional fares such as Roasted Crispy Pork Belly, BBQ Pork Ribs with Honey Glaze, Assorted Sausages & Roasted Whole Stuffed Chicken infused with marinade to instill the meat with added moisture and flavor, and all the delicious gravy drenched sides.

What is Grain Fed Mulwarra Angus Beef?
Grown in Australia's South-Western region, all Mulwarra cattle enjoy nutrient-rich pastures and feed all year round, which guarantees the most tender, slightly marbled, and characteristically flavorsome grass-fed beef. Cattle are fed for 150 days on a natural grain ration to stringent specifications which ensure superior and consistent quality.
