Education is the foundation of a thriving society, and Carlsberg Malaysia's Top Ten Charity Campaign has been at the forefront of supporting Malaysian schools for nearly four decades. This year, the campaign enters its 37th year with a renewed focus on inclusivity and sustainability. 

Themed “Championing Education Today for a Greener Tomorrow”, the Top Ten Campaign is reaching new heights by supporting not only schools but also sustainable education initiatives that encourage environmental responsibility.

The Long History of Top Ten

Since its inception, Top Ten has been a pillar of educational support in Malaysia. With over RM568 million raised to date, the campaign has provided much-needed funds to 684 schools nationwide. Whether it's expanding infrastructure or enhancing educational programs, Top Ten has made a lasting impact on the Malaysian educational landscape. This year, the campaign aims to raise an additional RM17.4 million to help 12 schools improve their facilities and education programs.

Expanding Educational Support


In 2024, Top Ten has broadened its reach to include schools in Sabah and Sarawak, two regions often underfunded and overlooked. The campaign’s support extends beyond vernacular schools, with new beneficiaries like Federation of Chinese Associations Malaysia (Huazong) and Hospital Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (Hospital UTAR) joining the initiative. By including a diverse range of institutions, Top Ten continues its commitment to ensuring that every student has access to quality education.
