Diners can start indulging on refreshing appetisers and a salad bar, consists of Salad, Mixed Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber, Carrot, Caesar Station, Gherkin, Oliver, Kalamata, Sunday Tomato, Boil Eggs, Croutons, Kidney Bean, Corn, Gado – Gado, Tossed Mozzarella Cheese, Tomato & basil Salad with Olive Oil, 7 Herbs Dressing and Condiments.
The highlights of the dinner buffet are the BBQ & Grill, at the carving station which has the Grill Lamb Cutlet, Beef Steak Ribs, BBQ Chicken and Mini Pizza.
Another dish to look forward to is Seafood on Ice station which will be serving Tiger Prawn and Black Mussels.
Apart from the carving station and seafood on ice, the buffet spread features some of Malaysian favourite menus such as Chicken Satay, Ayam Masak Lemak, Vegetable Dhall, Chicken Fried Rice with Vegetable & Cashew Nut, and Deep Fried Fish Sweet & Sour.
