Jigger & Shaker which is located in the vicinity of the clubhouse, next to the swimming pool serves local and western-style dishes. Jigger & Shaker Sendayan Seremban - Christmas 2019 and New Year 2020 Eve Dinner Promotion @ d'Tempat Country Club Seremban
To usher this 2019 Christmas and 2020 New Year celebration: the Chef has crafted out some festive specialities dishes starting off with the Christmas menu which is the Italian Sausage ORZO Soup (RM28.00).
This is a rather interesting dish that we had for the first time. We have never eaten Orzo before but the Chef had made a nice combination of ingredient used for this dish which is cooked using an in-house made broth topped with Italian Sausage and olives. It was indeed a nice tummy soothing dish to kick start the festivities.
The main highlight for the Christmas dish is Beef Tenderloin Wellington With Truffle Mushroom Sauce RM 75.00 Nett. The Beef Wellington is one of the many traditional dishes of Christmas and the serving of this dish with an infused truffle mushroom flavour sauce add into the festive mood. Wrapped in a puff pastry and baked to golden brown while encasing the soft and moist meat texture.

New Year 2020 Dish & Event at Jigger & Shaker
There is 2 speciality platter dish that is served at Jigger & Shaker to usher into the New Year 2020. The first dish you can taste out will be the Meat Platter - RM150.00 Nett.
All in, there is a 5 combination dish that comes in this platter; the first of which is the Beef Brisket (300 grams),
Grilled Spring Chicken (Half Bird), Cocktail Sausages With Honey Mustard Sauce,
Linguine With Beef Meatballs Pomodoro and Cheesy Corn with Fries. It is indeed a complete hearty sharing platter suited for 2 persons. Grilled to a nice char while still retaining the moist and tender texture of the meat.
While the second dish is the Seafood Platter - RM150 Nett which comprises of 5 individually cooked seafood dish i.e. Deep-Fried Tilapia (2 pcs),
Grilled Squid (2 pcs),
BBQ Prawns In Skewers (4 pcs),
Linguine Pescatore In Cream Sauce and Cheesy Corn with Fries. With a different cooking style for each of the seafood, this platter offers a nice combination of taste, texture and flavours. Perfect with a glass of wine or a cold beer.
