Kuchai Lama Food: There are many pubs in and around Kuchai Lama Entrepreneur Park neighbourhood but one that stands out with its wine offering is ECO WINE which is located at 12A, Jalan 10, 116B, Jalan Kuchai Maju 11, Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park 58200 Kuala Lumpur - Tel: 012-323 3018.

ECO WINE started as a wholesaler and retailer of fine from both the Old World and New World wine 5 years ago. It has a collection of some of the premium wine selection from these countries. Recently, they have started its kitchen which offers its' customer a range of wine pairing starters dishes.

The wine pairing snack menu can be classified to 2 sections, the first of which is the Kushiyaki Menu offering which is perfect matches to drink with a cold craft beer that is offered at Hidden Kitchen@Eco Wine or with Whisky or wine.

We tasted a number of these freshly grilled yakitori selections, the first of which is Chicken Yakitori.

We then tasted a few items from the snack menu.

Hidden Kitchen @ECO WINE Kuchai Lam also offers 2 special dishes, the first of which is the Pork Curry. The Chef uses a special secret concoction of spices to cook this dish.

The verdict of this dish was superb and everyone agrees it is cook to a nice texture and addictive especially great pairing it with the Crispy Man Tao or a plate of steaming white rice to lick up the spice-infused curry.

The next dish is a rice which is a very popular dish in Hong Kong named "Wan Pa Tan" or 3 Eggs Rice. It is a very simple dish but the key to it is the soya sauce that is being used.



Getting this right ensures the right taste to this comfort dish that you crave for.

For wine and whisky connoisseur, you will find some of the special liquor collection from here. To name a few starting with the Japan Suntory Whisky Royal.
