To rekindle this time-honored craft and nurture a new generation of skilled butchers, the Aussie Meat Academy, supported by Meat & Livestock Australia, organized the Ultimate Young Butchers Challenge at Culinaire Malaysia 2023, held from September 19 to 22 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
