Chinese Dishes - Whole Fried Szechuan Fish |
With this new CLIP & EAT BUFFET dining experience, the customers can also get their favourite dishes to cook ala-minute and thereby ensuring that the dishes are served at the ideal temperature to them rather than like a buffet which is left on the buffet tray which tends to be eaten at a not so ideal temperature.
In a way, this concept is similar to an ala-carte buffet but what distinguishes it, is a concept of a sample dish that is displayed and if you like to taste it you just drop your pin with your table number into the special tray.
