Ingredients
1. 1 Pork trotter & 10 Mushroom
2. Carlsberg beer. 250 ml.
3. 2 tablespoons lump sugar
4. 1 tablespoon ginger slice
5. 6 cloves garlic
6. 1 strand spring onion - chopped
7. 4cm Cinnamon
8. 4 cloves star anise
9. 2pcs bay leaves
10. 4 teaspoons Himalayan salt - If you use other types of salts, it is better to add it accordingly to your taste.
11. 4 tablespoon light soya sauce
12. 3 tablespoons dark soya sauce
13. Water 200ml
Step By Step Recipe:
Step 1. Fry item 3,4,5,6 until the aroma.
Step 2. Then add item 7,8,9.
Step 3. Add item 1, Lightly stir fry.
Step 4. Lastly add item 10,11,12 .
Step 5. Add item 2 and 13.
Step 6. If using normal stove, boil on low fire for 50 minutes. If pressure cooker, cook for 20 minutes on low fire. If fork tender cook for another 20 minutes for normal and pressure cooker another 10 minutes.
Step 7. Serve the fork tender pork trotter with steaming white rice.
