Puchong Seafood Restaurant: As seafood fanatics, we were recommended to visit these small hidden wonders on the fringes of Puchong. We were advised that there are several unique foods that we must taste at this Master Ng 7 Star Restaurant which is located at 112, Jalan Puteri 5/1, Bandar Puteri Puchong, Malaysia.
We observed while entering the restaurant that they had recently won the World Top Gourmet Awards Winner - Chinese Fusion Cuisine in October 2022. through one of the posters flanking the restaurant's entryway.
Master Ng 7 Star Restaurant - Award-Winning Seafood Restaurant In Puchong
When Master Ng first started at OUG KL in 1987, he was highly recognized for his curry noodles. Together with his wife, their little shop specializes in selling Yong Tau Foo, Curry noodles, local specialties, and an assortment of Tong Sui.
Master Ng is a firm believer in using only the freshest ingredients and ensuring that every dish served to his clients is of good quality.
Needless to say, the Signature Seafood Curry Noodles were our first order of the evening. We enjoy the curry's flavor since it is not overpoweringly strong or spicy, and it has a rich, creamy texture.
The flavors of the seafood items blended perfectly with all of the other ingredients, such as brinjal, long beans, bean curd, Tau Foo Pok, Golden fish Yu foo, and bean sprout.
The curry noodles are served in a heated clay pot, ensuring that you get a pleasant warm meal till the last drop. Tiger prawns, 7 Star Garoupa fillet, squid, cockles, fishballs, and Japanese clams are among the seafood ingredients that adorned this dish. We were told that the secret to the curry's flavor is the use of fresh, preservative-free, and high-quality ingredients.
You can also choose other soup bases for the Giant Claypot noodles dish either as clear broth or Assam Laksa
The "Special Fishcurd Private Kitchen Poon Choi" was ordered next, which is only available once a year during the Chinese New Year season and has become one of the restaurant's most popular dishes during this period. They have sold more than 3000 pots last year.
We were served the mini version, which is ideal for 2 to 3 people because there were just two of us.
The chicken-based stew was brimming with 13 varieties of seafood, including abalone, sea cucumber, prawns, mushroom, dried scallops, and more.
We enjoy the clear broth that goes with the Poon Choi, which pairs well with white rice. We scoop till the last drop is gone. This Poon Choi is currently on sale, and if you want it for Chinese New Year, you can pre-order it online from this link.
Readers of Best Restaurant To Eat are eligible for an RM30 discount on each Poon Choi order.

We also ordered the distinctive three-flavor Yu Foo, which comprises prawns curd, fish curd, and pork curd. It's topped with salted five-spice powder. This Yu Foo is a very popular dish from Shunde China which is made from mackerel fish meat and egg. This is an excellent snack to accompany an icy cold beer.
The restaurant also offers a variety of fusion beverages, of which we had three. The first was the Gula Melaka Coffee, a combination of strong coffee and chocolate taste topped with whipped cream.
The second is Gula Melaka Milk Tea
The third drink is a delicious concoction of 7Up, honey, and lime aka Special 007
Master Ng 7 Star Restaurant also sells wild-caught Sabah fish, such as numerous varieties of Garoupa, gigantic humpback wrasse, and soo mei. Depending on your chosen cooking method, you may either buy it and prepare it at home or have it cooked at a restaurant.
Another great deal for our fans is a FREE signature coffee worth RM9,50 with any purchase of a meal. Simply show the front desk this post. This offer is valid from now till 31.12.2022.
