Shanghai mooncakes is a combination of modern pastry liked crust that is filled with traditional mooncakes filling, with or without egg yolk.

Starting off our tasting was the Crispy White Lotus Paste With Salted Egg Yolk.
The other variants of the mooncakes that are offered are the Baked White Lotus Paste With Salted Egg Yolk.
Baked Bamboo Charcoal Paste With Salted Egg Yolk.
For the snow skin mooncakes offering, we tasted 2 different flavours, the first of which is the Snow Skin Shiro Umeboshi With Green Tea Paste.
while for the Durian lovers can indulge in the second offering which is the Snow Skin Durian Paste With Truffle.
During this Mid-Autumn festives season of 2019, you can also taste a couple of Shanghai Restaurant dishes which is the Shanghai Hot & Cold Combination which is Traditional Zheng Jiang Ham And Baked Royal Bridge Biscuit.
Or the must have dish in a Shanghainese cuisine which is the Steamed Shanghainese Meat Dumplings also known as the Xiao Long Pao.
and not forgetting the signature dish which is the Braised Spanish Dong Po Yok With Chinese Rice Wine.
and finish off with a special tea concoction which is known as the Eight Treasures Tea.
