For appetizers, diners can expect to indulge with varieties of vegetables and salad such as Vegetable Crudités with Green Pea Dip, Sliced Smoked Salmon Platter, Cold Steamed Chicken with Marinated Cucumber Thai Style, Turkey Ham Vegetable Salad with Corn Chips, Quinoa Salad with Cherry Tomato, and many more!
During this Merdeka Month Hi-Tea, diners can enjoy an impressive selection of Malay, Indian and Chinese dishes as well as Western dishes prepared by our experienced chefs. Malay and Indian food lovers must try Lamb with Red Chillies,
Steamed Jasmine Rice, Green Lamb Curry with Eggplant, Roti Naan, Madrashah Curry Chicken with Coconut Milk and Dhal Vegetable Curry with Crispy Chips. Moreover, diners get to indulge in a spread of Chinese cuisines such as Chinese Fried Rice,
Squid Dry Chillies, Sweet Sour Fish with Pineapple, Fried Squid in Sweet Sour Sauce and Seasonal Green Vegetable with Herbs.

No hi-tea is complete without an array of desserts and pastries. Merdeka Month Hi-Tea also includes a selection of desserts and pastries such as Danish pastries, doughnuts, cakes such as American Baked Cheese Cake, Chocolate Devil Cake, Mousse Cake, Praline Cheese Cake, Tiramisu, Puddings, Waffle as well as Pancake. Another thing to expect is the salad bar and fruits corner with varieties selection of salad and fruits.
