WEEKEND BBQ BUFFET: After a hard week at work, it is time to destress your body and soul, and what a great way to do this is at Impiana KLCC Hotel Jalan Pinang Kuala Lumpur which is presenting its special Grill and Chill barbecue dinner buffet every Friday and Saturday at Cedar on 15, its rooftop restaurant and bar.
Besides the BBQ Buffet, there is an add on Beer Buffet as well (RM79+ per person) which starts from 6pm - 8pm for those that prefer a drink to chill your body before heading for the hearty BBQ buffet which offers a variety of freshly grill meat and seafood.
Cedar on 15 open-air bar serves as a conducive place for those who enjoy taking in the sights of the KLCC and also a beautiful night view of Kuala Lumpur skyline.

As a bonus, the Cedar on 15 also has a live band performance during the Grill and Chill BBQ buffet ( RM128+ per person) which starts from 7pm to 11pm. If you want to let loose further, you are more than welcome to jive out your dancing moves or just sit back and relax with the soothing music that calm your nerves.
To start off your dinner, there a selection of salad for you to choose from, including Waldorf Salad, Potato Salad with Eggs and Scallion and coleslaw.
There is a soup section that offers Cream of Roasted Pumpkin Soup with croutons on Fridays while Seafood Chowder with Garlic Crostini on every Saturdays.
Moving on to the main attraction which is from the Live ala-minute BBQ grilling are the BBQ Beef Ribs with Pineapple; Rosemary and Garlic Lamb Shoulder; a mixture of Thüringen Chicken,
Beef Frankfurters and Chicken Cheese Kransky grilled sausages with Onions and Tomatoes; for the meat selection.
While for the seafood varieties are the Herb Lemon Marinated Blue Emerald Fish, Chilli Coriander Spiced XO Prawn Skewers;
Grilled Butter Garlic Blue Crab and Fish Brochettes with Onions; accompanied by a selection of well-loved sides – Mac ‘n’ Cheese, Butter Mashed Potatoes, Sauté Vegetables and Baked Beans.
What is interesting about this BBQ Buffet is the sauces available to go with your favourite food, the Chef has concocted about 20 different sauces, which includes housemade sauces such as chimichurri sauce, honey mustard, calypso, bearnaise, lemon oil, Thai chilli coriander, pesto, ponzu, mint raita, raw onion relish, tomato salsa and garlic paprika aioli to name but a few.
For desserts, diners will be able to enjoy the refreshing fresh tropical fruit platter, an assortment of French pastries, Opera Cake,
Chocolate Mousse, Bread and Butter Pudding with Vanilla Sauce and four different flavours of Baskin Robbins ice cream.
The Grill and Chill barbeque and beer buffet are available at Cedar on 15, level 15, Impiana KLCC Hotel every Friday and Saturday. The barbeque buffet is priced at RM128+ per person and is available from 7.00pm – 11.00pm, whereas the beer buffet is priced at RM79+ per person and lasts from 6.00pm – 8.00pm.
