Guests can start the excitement for hi-tea with an array of appetizers such as Open-Faced Sandwich, Parade of Cold Seafood on Ice,
Assorted Cheese Platter, Cold Cut Display, Seasonal Salad Bar & Vegetable Crudités, Caper Salad, Waldorf Baby Potato Salad, Italian Seafood Salad, and Orzo Pasta Salad with Roasted Baby Roma & Basil.
