Agehan Japanese Restaurant offers an interesting Sushi selection such as Tobikko Sushi, Chuka Kurage Sushi, Tako Sushi, Salmon Sushi, Tuna Sushi, Chuka Idako Sushi and White Tuna Sushi.

For Temaki selection Agehan offers California Temaki, Ebi Temaki, Tuna Temaki, and Salmon Temaki.

Each ingredient is chosen for its auspicious sounding Cantonese name; like the dried oyster is "Good News" while prawns are "Laughter" and Black Moss is "Great Fortune" which are some of the ingredients used by Chef Patrick for this Chinese New Year 2018 Poon Choi.
