We recently had the opportunity to try out their selection of drinks infused with Amazake, a sweet and non-alcoholic beverage made from fermented rice that has been enjoyed in Japan for centuries.
We were blown away by the unique and subtle flavors that Amazake added to the coffee and tea. The Amazake latte, in particular, was our favorite - the creaminess of the latte combined with the natural sweetness of the Amazake made for a perfectly balanced beverage that was impossible to resist.
