Talent Lounge - A Unique Experience – Special Ramadan Buka Puasa Buffet – Damansara Perdana


Talent showcasing takes a new meaning at Talent Lounge located at G-01-01, Block A, Menara Mustapha Kamal, PJ Trade Center. Talent Lounge is a collaborative space for like minded people like the talent company, employers, artists, artisans and others to build upon your ideas.


It is a lifestyle space providing products, services and experiences ranging from a fill spectrum of talent development, personal branding, talent development and also a launch pad for your ideas.


While doing that, you can have snack upon the drinks and food serves here. It is all under the same place. There are some comfortable sofas and also work station for you to work on too.


For those that would like to perform, there is also a stage where you can do your gig too. Permission to perform is required.


For the coming Ramadan period, Talent lounge is offering a special buffet which is serves only during the weekend i.e. Friday and Saturday. Their offering of the Buka Puasa Ramadan buffet are Starters, 4 Mains dishes, 2 desserts and drinks.

According to the chef, these dishes are rotated each week with a mixture of Mediterranean, Malaysian and Western, so you get to try it out and not be bored with the same food every week.

Royal Gourmet All You Can Eat Buffet Chinese Dim Sum Bandar Bukit Tinggi Klang


Dim Sum is a popular cuisine for morning breakfast and brunch. More so on a leisure Sunday where you can sit and enjoy your morning papers while sipping your favorite Chinese Tea and steaming hot dim sum.


Royal Gourmet located Hotel Premiere, Bandar Bukit Tinggi, 1/KS6, Jalan Langat, Klang at serves all you can eat buffet dim sum from 1130 am to 230pm on Saturday and Sunday. Cost of the All You Can Eat Buffet is RM59.00++ before discount. Now during the promotional period, they are offering a 50% discount. 



The Dim Sum serves here are non pork dim sum, which can be quite challenging for chef to ensure that they are able to match the taste of pork based dim sum.


As usual, we started off with the steam dim sum as follows


Prawns Dumpling – Succulent prawn wrap in the dumpling skin.

Phoenix Claw in Si Chuan Style


Steamed San Kang Dumpling – Sweet taste



Flour Roll With BBQ Chicken – Smooth texture of the flour roll


Next we had the Steamed Bun



Egg Yolk Custard Bun – Look at the melting custard oozing out from the bun. Perfectly done.


Follow by the deep fried section which includes


Crispy Fried Wanton



Deep Fried Yam Dumpling (Woo Kok) – very crispy, soft and delicious chicken filling


Sesame Balls



After that the Hong Kong BBQ section


Steamed Kampung Chicken


Crispy Skinned Roast Chicken


Crispy Roast Duck With Chinese Herbs


For the others section, we had the Century Egg With Minced Meat Porridge – Smooth and flavourful  porridge.



Fried Raddish Cake



Fried Kway Teow With Seafood in Cantonese Style


Lastly for Dessert, we had


Chilled Chrysanthemum Pudding  – a tinge of sweetness with a flavourful Chrysanthemum taste


Chilled Homemade Herbal Jelly With Sea Coconut – Very strong herbal taste.


Honey Dew Sago – Sweet and with plenty of other fruits.



Baked BBQ Chicken Puff – Nice fluffy crust with BBQ chicken filling.


At the end, trying every single Dim Sum dish can be quite a challenge, it is definitely a great treat for those who love Dim Sum as you are able to try out so many dim sum variations. With the current ongoing promotion, it is truly a value for your money.

Wang Zi Prince of Chap Fan (Mix Rice) Subang Jaya Taipan USJ10


Chap Fan or Mix Rice is a very popular food to many workers, office staff, busy house wives and etc. All you do is to pick your dishes, pay at the counter and eat it. It is a fast, convenient and offers a lot of choices. Normally Chap Fan outlets are usually housed in coffee-shop. Due to this, the amount of space are limited, in turn the shop will usually offered a very limited choices of dishes.


At Wang Zi Chap Fan Prince located at 36, Jalan USJ 10/1B, Taipan Business Centre, Subang Jaya, USJ, 47620, there are more than 70 to 80 dishes which includes pork, chicken, vegetables, tofu, eggs which are cooked daily for you to indulge in. So, you will never need to worry about whether you will be able to find a dish or 2 for your lunch or dinner.


Some of the more popular dishes are as follows:


Pork cutlet in King sauce – sweet and tangy with tomato based sauce


Petai with Minced Pork – A new variation of Petai, which usually are cooked with sambal. Not really that spicy.


Braised Eggs with Chicken – The braised eggs have a herbalish taste.


Lion Head Meat Ball – Fried Minced Meatball


Sesame Chicken – Fried Chicken with sesame seed.

One of the main differences of Wang Zi, is that this shop only sell mix rice and it is very clean unlike the dingy everyday coffee shop where you had your mix rice. The layout is simple with chairs and tables properly arrange and brightly lit, so you can really see what you are eating.


Cost wise, it is reasonable of which a typical range is from RM5.00 to RM7.00 – depends on the portion and type of dishes that you take. More meat, large portion, cost is more. Here, they also provide complimentary soup and Chinese tea (hot or cold). By the way, To cater to the health conscious person, they do serve brown rice for an additional of RM0.50.
