PUTRAJAYA MARRIOTT HOTEL - A Short Weekend Escapade at Putrajaya Selangor

Putrajaya Marriott Hotel has recently undergone a refurbishment exercise to its room and main lobby. We had the opportunity to have a weekend escapade to experience this latest changes in Putrajaya, Selangor.

Putrajaya Marriott Hotel now enjoys the conveniences of the IOI City Mall Putrajaya which is a walking distance to the hotel. There are many tourist attractions in Putrajaya for you to visit too which includes the Putrajaya Mosque, Putrajaya Lake, Putrajaya Challenge Park and so forth.

With the new renovation; the hotel boasts a very spacious lobby.

While checking in, you can also have a breather at the D'Oracle Lobby Lounge to have a sip of freshly brewed coffee.

We checked into our deluxe room which offers a nice view of the Putrajaya.

and a very functional working area. 

After checking out the rooms, we went around the hotel to check out the other hotel facilities on offer which includes the Kiddie World, where children can enjoy their time at the hotel under the care of professional staff; leaving the parents to get more private time.

For the health buff, you can check out the Fitness Centre which has fitness equipment that can address to your workout program.

For this weekend escapade, we did not venture out of the hotel for any sightseeing or shopping as there are just so many things that one can do at the Putrajaya Marriott Hotel; by relaxing and lazing around at the hotel for the entire weekend.

MIGF 2018 Launching - Taste MIGF - Malaysia Food Festival 2018

The Malaysia International Gastronomy Festival is back and will take place from the 1st to 30th September 2018. Throughout the Food Festival month, Malaysia’s premier league of dining venues will serve special Festival Menus at special Festival prices.

Back down in the capital, Mamanda presents its take on classic Malay cuisine with Group Executive Chef Dato’ Fazley Yaakob,

Meanwhile, The FACE Suites joins the Festival for the first time this year with its lofty European restaurant Tangerine,



as does Champignons over at Ara Damansara, which is helmed by the affable Chef Gary Chang.

Meat-lovers are in for a treat as Pampas Steakhouse, Old Malaya comes back to treat diners with tenderloins and T-bones,



while Spice Garden makes itself heard with a mix of Northern Indian and Middle Eastern.
