This unique competition recently showcased the versatility of Australian lamb and beef in creating modern dishes inspired by the rich traditions of Ramadan and Hari Raya. Event Details

The challenge occurred at the University of Wollongong, Glenmarie, Shah Alam. Six top culinary schools participated, each tasked with crafting an exceptional dish using Australian lamb as the focal point. The teams could use only up to 12 ingredients, reflecting contemporary culinary trends while honoring traditional flavors. The competition aimed to inspire creativity while emphasizing sustainability and quality.
