If you are a fan of Japanese Buffet in PJ, you can try out the sumptuous and delightful spread at the Weekend (Shumatsu) Japanese Buffet at Eyuzu Japanese Cuisine at Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

We recently tasted out the varied offering of the weekend buffet with all the specialty Japanese dishes that would have your stomach fully filled and value for your money spent. Available on every weekend for dinner, the Shumatsu (weekend) buffet offers a lavish and extensive spread of raw and cooked varieties ranging from the freshest taste of sashimi to piping hot teppanyaki grill and more.

Eyuzu Japanese Cuisine offers a cozy and relaxed environment that provides diners with a preferred and memorable dining experience with its contemporary Japanese decor.

When we were there; we were told that for those that loves to taste the inique taste of Japanese special fishes can taste the special air flown fish in a mystery box of the seasonal catch which Eyuzu also serves. It is best to call on the restaurant for the update of the latest seasonal fish that are being offered.

Some of the varieties include Kamasu, Kinmedai, Kurodai and even shellfish such as fresh live scallops and more. The air flown delivery is arranged to be delivered fresh twice weekly, every Tuesday and Friday to Eyuzu.

To start off my Shumatsu Buffet at Eyuzu Japanese Restaurant is as always with the thinly and freshly slices of Octopus, Salmon and Tuna with my blend of wasabi.

Next on will be my favourite Japanese appetiser which is the baby Octopus IdChuka. 

The buffets also serves a wide varieties of Japanese cuisine which you can taste from the ala-minute teppanyaki to sukiyaki,

 tempura, ramen, fresh sashimi, sushi and more. 

All-time favourite dishes such as Oyster, Soft Shell Crab Maki, Chawanmushi and more are not to be missed.

Currently there is a promotion for the Shumatsu buffet dinner applicable on every Sunday that is for a table of 4 diners (adults only), 1 dines for FREE.  The Shumatsu buffet dinner is priced at RM118nett per adult with free flow of chilled juices and freshly brewed coffee/tea and child pays half the price of an adult.
