SHAH ALAM HAWKER FOOD: For the entire December 2019, Grand BlueWave Hotel Shah Alam (GBWHSA) will host a not-to-be missed All-You-Can-Eat Saturday Hawker Night Buffet at Royale Songket Restaurant, Level G every Saturday night.
There will be 10 stalls with different concepts and themes serving varieties of dishes and snacks which are ‘Arabic Tent’, ‘BlueWave Delicacies’, ‘Night Hawker’, ‘Little India’, ‘Texas Ranch’, ‘Penang Street’, ‘Italian Corner’, ‘Nyonya Street’, ‘China Town’, ‘Soup Stall’ and ‘Dessert Corner’.
SATURDAY HAWKER NIGHTAT GRAND BLUEWAVE HOTEL SHAH ALAM
Diners can kick off the night with menus at Arabic Tent where they can find Shawarma with Pita Bread and Naan Bread with condiments.
While at the Night Hawker, diners can try out the Roti John, Keropok Lekor, Popiah Goreng and Celup-Celup while at BlueWave Delicacies guests can expect a varieties of assorted fried snacks (goreng-goreng).
To add the excitement for the hawker themed night buffet, guests can look forward to try Indian foods at Little India stall such as Roti Canai, Vadei, Marukku, Dhall, Kari Ikan, Kari Kambing, Kobis Goreng Kunyit, Daging Hitam, Ayam Goreng Berempah, Sambal, Papadom and White Rice.
For Western foods lovers, satisfy your taste bud with Foot Long Sausage
and Pizza at Texas Ranch stall while Pasta E-Olio, Bolognese Sauce and Creamy Cheese Meatball at Italian Corner stall.
Taste the Malaysian favorite snacks and dishes at Penang Street, Nyonya Street, China Town and Soup stall. Malaysian favorite foods such as Rojak Buah and Sotong Kangkung can be found at Penang Street.
To those who loves Chinese food, try Dim Sum, Chinese Pancake
and Wanton Noodle at China Town stall.
Apart from that, guests can have a go at Nyonya Street where they serve Malacca Nyonya Laksa. Guests can look forward to try Sup Tulang Daging Tetel and Szechuan Crab Meat Soup at Soup Stall.
Apart from the delightful hawker atmosphere, plenty choices of desserts are a must to try in order complete the excitement of the night. The line-up includes Air Batu Campur Leleh, Ice Cream, Bubur Cha Cha and Assorted cakes.
