Here are some of the must-try dim sum dishes from Xing Zhu Restaurant Cyberjaya; some of which are not from the Buffet menu though. For me, I always like to start my dim sum feast with the steam Dim Sum which the first is the ‘Ha Kow’ Dumpling.
Followed by the must-have Siew Mai Dumpling
We then had the Steamed Chicken with Plum Sauce
Next on is the Steamed Scallop Dumpling with Egg White
while for the Pau, we tried the Home Made Sweet Potato Oat Bun
For the Fried Item, we started off with the Deep Fried Crispy Century Egg Prawn Roll
Shang Hai ‘Wo Tip’
or the crispy on the outside Woo Kok aka Yam Puff
Classic Fried Spring Roll Vegetables Chicken & Cheese
As for the Chee Cheong Fun offering - we tried something different which is the Signature ‘Char Kuey’ Chee Cheong Fun; which has the crisp of the Yu Tiao on the inside and the soft silky smooth texture of the Chee Cheong Fun on the outside. A marriage of 2 texture; it was to be paired with a special sauce or you can have it with the soy-based sauce.
Besides the Dim Sum offering; Xing Zhu Chinese Restaurant Cyberjaya also offers ala carte Chinese dishes and noodles too. We ordered the Cantonese Crispy Egg Noodle with King Prawn (ζΈ―εΌηθΎι’). The prawn which is filled with roe was succulent with a nice bouncy texture.
From the appetizer menu, we had the Deep Fried Fish Skin with Salted Egg Yolk
Our next main course was the Wok Fried Tiger Prawn with Creamy Butter (ζΉΏε₯Άζ²ΉθθθΎ), which we like the fine strand of eggs with butter.
and lastly the Crispy Chicken Boneless with Mongolian Sauce (θε€ηΈιΈ‘ζ) which has a unique flavour to finish our dining experience at Xing Zhu Cyberview Lodge Resort And Spa.
For Dessert, we had the Yam Puree With Ice Cream
and Mix Fruit Lemon Grass Pudding, we particularly like this as, after the heavy meal, this chilled dessert does have a nice refreshing end with the fresh fruits and the smooth limey taste of the jelly.

Indian Restaurant MAHESHA In TTDI KL Serves Baby Coconut Briyani
We join the fun and excitement at the Mahesha TTDI EAT FOR FREE Baby Coconut Briyani at launch on 28th September 2018.
Watch our video on Youtube on our experience at Mahesha TTDI
Restoran Mahesha TTDI introduces the Baby Coconut Briyani Rice with a selection of either Chicken Briyani, Duck Briyani, Mutton Briyani, Sting Ray Briyani and so on. The coconut flesh and aroma will seep into the rice which has the taste of the spices.
For us, we tasted ad the Chicken Briyani. Due to the use of coconut flesh in cooking this Briyani, it has a slightly sweeter taste than the classic Nasi Briyani which is more savoury in its flavour.
For those that want to know or maybe try to cook it, we share a little secret of the ingredients/recipe for MAHESHA Baby Coconut Briyani:-
Fresh Coconut Flesh
Steam Masala Briyani Rice
Roasted Cashew Nuts and Ghee
Masala Chicken (or Mutton, Duck, Fish) of your choice.
One boil egg
Roasted Coconut
All the above ingredients and condiment put into the coconut and steam for 10 minutes and there you have it Mahesha Baby Coconut Briyani.
Mahesha’s Baby Coconut Briyani is served on a banana leaf with a side of raita and chutney.
Besides serving the this Baby Coconut Briyani, Mahesha also serves the traditional Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian Banana Leaf rice with lots of varieties to choose from.
