Starting from 1st October 2019, the Sunday Italian Brunch Buffet promises a sumptuous offering of cold cuts, antipasti and authentic Italian fare. All these dishes are prepared using fresh ingredients under the watchful eye of Chef Stefano and are served in a cosy Italian-style ambience of the restaurant.
The Sunday Brunch Buffet is priced at RM58++. Diners can savour the quality selection of imported cold cuts, freshly handmade pasta and woodfire pizza that is served piping hot right from the woodfire oven.
For this Sunday Brunch Buffet, one of the highlights is that each guest is entitled to order a special main course from the buffet menu. The first choice of the main dish is the Goulash Maiale Con Verdure & Pepperoni which is Pork Knuckle Stew With Vegetable & Red Capsicum.
While for those that love fish, can order the second main which is the Branzino Alla Griglia - Grilled Marinated Seabass Fillet.
The third dish is the Scaloppini Di Pollo Ai Pomodorini & Capperi - Chicken Breast Pan Seared With Cherry Tomatoes, Capers & White Wine Sauce.
and the final dish is Costine Di Maiale Brasate In Salsa Di Pomodoro - Pork Ribs Braised With Tomato Sauce.
My favourite dish is, of course, the Roasted Porchetta (Italian Roast Pork) - Roasted Pork Belly with Aromatic Herbs and Garlic and homemade sausages.
You can also watch the live cooking demonstrations by the Chef, such as the slicing of cold cuts and preparation of the signature Chittara Pasta right before your very own eyes. The first of the two pasta dish that are cooked during the buffet is the Spaghetti Aglio Olio Pasta.

To add more Italian delights, there is some classic Italian dish such as Bastoncini Di Pollo - Fried Breaded Chicken Breast at the buffet spread.
