Celebrate OKTOBERFEST 2019 @ Brotzeit German Bier Bar & Restaurant Sunway Pyramid
The highlight of the Oktoberfest 2019 menu is the Oktoberfest Platter for 4 (RM205.00). It is a sharing platter that will go well with your icy cold German beer. The platter consists of Brotzeit Signature crispy Pork Knuckle,
BBQ Pork Ribs,
spicy chicken sausages and a juicy chicken chop with a side of vegetables, potato salad and the famed german sauerkraut accompanied by the special pork knuckle sauce for dipping.
You may be very familiar with Brotzeit German sausages that are in the standard menu, but for this festivities, you may want to taste the all-new flavours of the sausages. The Trio of Sausages (RM39.90) which is a combo of 3 special sausages are Apple-Cinnamon, Jalapeno and Gorden Herbs crafted the Chef Helmut and is served with sides of red cabbage, sauerkraut, coleslaw and wedges.
While our final dish is Oktoberfest plate (RM43.90) which consists of an all porky favourite i.e sausages with a selection of pork bacon, meatloaf, BBQ loin meat. It is served with a bed of sauerkraut and mash potatoes.
To hype up your festive celebration, every Friday night there is a performance by a live band featuring the popular Chicken dance songs and other favourites will be played.
