Palm Garden Hotel Chinese chefs have crafted the special Prosperity Menu and the Auspicious Menu for your dining pleasure.

Prosperity Menu is priced at RM1688 net per table of ten persons. 

Menu items include: Prosperity Combination Yee Sang with Salmon,

Deluxe Four Combination Platter,

Braised Assorted Seafood and Beancurd Soup,

Crispy Boneless Chicken topped with Mango Salad,

Steamed Live Red Snapper with Fresh Fungus and Enoki Mushroom Village style,

Wok Fried Tiger Prawns with Homemade Chili Sauce,

Braised Dried Scallops with Shitake Mushroom and Broccoli,

Steamed Lotus Leaf Rice,

Deep Fried Homemade “Nin Ko” with Sweet Potato and Chinese Tea.

The majority of the cuisine is designed to delight your palette, but some standouts include the excellent Homemade Chili Sauce on the wok. The sauce on the fried large Tiger Prawns is just finger-licking amazing, and the Crispy Boneless Chicken is likewise superb with the tangy Mango Salad as an accompaniment. The simple Chilled Sea Coconut with Snow Fungus has a pleasant lemon juice twist, while the Steamed Live Sea Grouper is great with the fragrant Spring Onion and Ginger Sauce.

The Chinese New Year Set Menus will be available from 8 January until 5 February 2023. For one to two tables, the set of your choice will be served at Palms Café. For 3 tables or more, the sets may be served at the banquet event halls.
