Yee Sang or known as Yusheng is a Cantonese-style raw fish salad that consists of raw fish strips, shredded vegetables, mixed condiments and a variety of sauces. This year's Prosperous Yee Sang
comes in 7 varieties including the luxurious Australian Lobster Yee Sang, Crispy Norwegian Salmon Skin, Coral Grass & Crystal Pear, Jelly Fish with Rice Crackers, and more. Yee Sang choices are available in half portions and whole portions. These prosperous platters are available from now until 20 February 2022 priced from RM158+ per portion.
