Ramadan Buffet 2015 Coffee House Sunway Putra Hotel Dari Dapur Ummi Ramadan Review Best Restaurant

Every mother has a special secret recipe to cook the delicious heart warming comfort food for their families which we yearn to eat. With this in mind, the chefs at Coffee House located at 9th floor Sunway Putra Hotel, Putra Place, 100 Jalan Putra, 50350 Kuala Lumpur decided to offers this year theme of "Dari Dapur Ummi" Ramadan Buffet 2015.

According to the Chef Rossham Rosli, Executive Chef of Sunway Putra Hotel, all the chef have gotten special recipe from their mother's best traditional kampung family dishes to serve to diners for this Ramadan.

With a modern and contemporary decor, Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur will be cooking up a storm and bringing back the original kampung fares that are both crowd favourites and incredibly delicious. Each dish will feature special ingredients and recipes that were lovingly taught by their own mothers. How awesome as each chefs will prepare each individual dishes with 'Flavours In Tribute To Their Mothers'

This year, we are taking our guests down the memory lane, through nostalgic moments during the holy month of Ramadan, when our mothers used to prepare special dishes made with lots of love. 

A dynamic group of Specialty Chefs that will prepare local crowd favourites with more than over 100 authentic taste traditional dishes to whet the appetite creating nostalgia memories for local and traditional food lovers.

Start off with some notable appetisers such as super healthy kerabu this ramadhan buffet.

Moving on top of the mains ~ the buffet highlight would be the barbeque kitchen where guests would be able to enjoy Churrasco BBQ in skewers with a selection of beef, lamb, sausages and chicken.

Sunway Putra Hotel’s 'Dari Dapur Ummi' buffet will be available daily from 6.30pm to 10.30pm from 22 June to 16 July 2015. Priced at RM138 nett for adults and RM 69 nett for children between six and 12 years old. One dines for free for every group of 10 while children below the age of five also dine for free. Mothers above the age of 60, will be able to enjoy a 50 percent discount from the original price.

For guests preferring to host their own private ‘Buka Puasa’ gathering, the hotel is offering a selection of menus starting with a Muhibbah Set Dinner at RM 1088 nett for a table of eleven and one person dines for free while a Mini Buffet Dinner is priced at RM 98 nett per person. A minimum booking of 20 person is advised for the private dinner packages.
